The apartment will undergo a gut renovation including new plumbing and electric. Bathrooms will have large white veined tiling and new matching vanities in neutral colors such as beige, white or gray. The kitchen will be designed with white shaker style cabinetry, name brand appliances and quartz composite counter tops. Bedrooms are painted using Benjamin Moore Paint. Rooms are wired for internet and cable. Flooring is 4-5 inch width white oak planking. Recessed lighting will be installed throughout the common areas including hallways, bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
From the foyer it opens up into a spacious living room which is large enough to be the great room. To the right of the living room is a windowed dining area, easily converted to a private office/den. The kitchen, also to the right of the living room may be reconfigured as an open kitchen with an island/breakfast bar. The primary and second bedrooms are nicely proportioned rooms with windows facing south and east. The apartment currently has one full bathroom. Our Team will be adding a bathroom, either a full or half bath, location to be determined.
